An orientation workshop was organized with district’s journalists regarding National Vitamin A Plus campaign in Gopalganj on Wednesday.
It was held in the conference room of the Civil Surgeon's office. District Civil Surgeon Dr Tarun Kumar Mondal presided over the workshop. On January 11, a total of 4 lakh 46 thousand 2 hundred and 3 children will be fed Vitamin A capsule in 17 hundred and 13 centers of 5 upazilas of Gopalganj district. At the time, EPI Superintendent Deepak Ranjan Sarkar, Statistics Officer Monirul Islam, media personnel working in various print and electronic media in the district were present in the civil surgeon's office.
