Chattogram city young Awami League leader Helal Akbar Chowdhury Babor inaugurated "Ladies Code" on the second floor of the city's VIP tower with all kinds of products for women at the initiative of woman entrepreneur Rehena Lily on Friday evening.
Addressing the chief guest at the opening ceremony, Babor said, "Women are equal partners in the progress of development along with men. The fact that the development of the country is not possible with half the manpower of the country is because our Prime Minister has realized the fact that today women have been able to be involved in various fields of family, social and economy. Women continue to leave their mark of expertise in various fields. Women are one of the driving forces of the country's economy. In almost all the sectors that earn foreign currency in the country, women's contribution is the highest, especially in the agriculture and garment industries. 90% of the country's export industries are earned by women's labour.
