A female readymade garments worker was killed in a wall collapse in Shiddhirganj pool area of Narayanganj.
The deceased was identified as Nasrin Akter,30, a worker of the Progress Garments Factory in Adamjee export promotion zone in Shiddhirganj. She was a tenant of Shiddhirganj pool area.
Police said the Nasrin Akter along with her son night went to a nearby shop. All of a sudden, the wall of a nearby shop collapsed on her, killing her on the spot and injuring her son.
The body was sent to the Narayanganj general hospital morgue for autopsy.
