A projection meeting of ‘Boat’ symbol was held at Sonapatila Government Primary School ground in Damor Union of Atwari Upazila on Tuesday.
Md Kamruzzamn Master presided over the meeting. Naimuzzaman Bhuiyan Mukta, a candidate from Panchagarh-1 seat addressed the meeting as the chief guest. He said, “Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina earlier did not nominate anyone to contest from this seat. But this time, she has nominated me from Panchagarh -1. So, I want your support and blessings as a son of the area. I also seek your vote for the development of this area.”
Before that, Mr Mukta exchanged greetings with the general people of the area.
Jubo League leader Shaheen conducted the meeting. The meeting was addressed, among others, by Md Badal, general secretary of Jubo League, Dhamor Union, Abu Taher Dulal, Chairman, Dhamor Union Parishad, Emdadul Huq Dulal, General Secretary, Awami League, Atwari Upazila Unit, Md Touhidul Islam, Chairman, Atwari Upazila Parishad, Adv Anisur Rahman and Abu Toyabur Rahman, Vice- President, Awami League, Panchagarh Upazila Unit.
Leaders and activists of Jubo League, Swechchhasebak League and Chhatra League were also present in the meeting.
