Disadvantaged children took part in an exceptional celebration on World Valentine’s Dayat the initiative of the ‘Swapner Khoje Foundation’a voluntary organizationat Hatbaria Zamindar Bari DC Park in Narail on Monday.
The officials of the administration including people of different professions have also participated this different festival. On the occasion Cake cutting, sports, entertainment and discussion meetings were held at the day. Priyanka Das and Nandita Das, disadvantaged children near BIAM Schoolat Rupganj in Narail, said they had never been to such a festival before the day. I was very happy to be able to ride different rides including train, they said.
Orphan boy Tareq and Masum Billah, said that the foundation have given us a lot of joy. Appreciating this unique event on the occasion of the fifth founding anniversary of the Foundation,Adviser of the organization Md. Faisal Mustari said, ‘It is our expectation that this creative initiative of the college and university students spread on different levels of the society on theWorld Valentine's Day.I hope they will continue to do well in future.
Narail Municipal Mayor Anjuman Ara said the foundation is always involved in good work in pursuit of dreams. We are fascinated by their work. We thank them for organizing an exceptional event with children on World Valentine’s Day.
Deputy Commissioner (DC) Muhammad Habibur Rahman said that ‘Swapner Khoje Foundation’is excellent as their activities are very creative. They are doing a lot to uplift the disadvantagedpeople in the society.
