US-Bangla adds two brand new ATR 72-600

US-Bangla Airline is going to add two more brand new ATR 72-600 to its fleet in the beginning of next year. With these, the airliners carriers will stood at 13. 

US-Bangla currently is the biggest private airline with 11 aircraft in its fleet, including 4 Boeing 737-800, four ATR 72-600 and three Dash8-Q400.

The two brand new ATR 72-600s will be inducted to the carrier’s fleet one after another in the third week of the upcoming January. With the fleet expansion, US-Bangla plans to increase frequencies in domestic routes.

Speaking about the fleet expansion, Mohammad Abdullah Al Mamun, Managing Director, US-Bangla Airlines said, “There is no alternative to brand new aircraft to cater to trending passenger demand. US-Bangla Airlines is adding new and new aircraft to its fleet as part of its commitment to ensure utmost comfort to the passengers. We also intend to bring brand new aircraft to serve our international network in the near future.”

The airline claims to be the only carrier to operate brand new aircraft in domestic routes with the highest load factor.

Presently, the carrier operates 10 flights to Chattogram, six flights to Cox’s Bazar, five to Saidpur and Jashore, two to Rajshahi and Sylhet and one to Barishal daily from Dhaka. US-Bangla is also flying to Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, Guangzhou, Muscat, Doha, Chennai and Kolkata in its international network.

The carrier intends to launch new routes to Jeddah, Dammam, Riyadh, Hong Kong, Delhi, Colombo and Male, among others.
