An unidentified woman was killed as a battery-run auto-rickshaw hit him Dakkhin Khan Kashaibari in the capital.
The accident took place around 7:30 am on Sunday. She was rushed to Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) around 10:30 pm in critical condition where doctor declared her dead.
Mustakim, the pedestrian who brought him, said that she was knocked down by a speedy battery-run auto-rickshaw while crossing the road in front of Dakkhin Khan Kashaibari rail gate this morning.
Later, she was rescued and taken to a local hospital with serious injuries. She was shifted to DMCH for better treatment as her condition deteriorated.
