Educational institutions like School & College and KG School spreading extensively without approval in Kishoreganj. Students from hundreds of unathourazied educational institutions are taking exams from other institutions without the approval of the board. The signboards of these institutions are from playgroups to fifth or ninth grade. However, the Dhaka Education Board authorities said that such institutions have no approval.

It is reported that there are 450 private KG school in the district, 27 in junior school. Many of them have secondary branches. Kindergarten (KG) school has been established in Aligali or Para-Mohalla in all the upazilas of Kishoreganj. All these educational institutions called 'kg' are running in one room or in a chamber. These schools are running in small rooms in two or three rooms. Again, a kindergarten school is being run in a room somewhere. Different classes are taking classes at the table as well. Day-to-day flats are being run by the school in light and airless flats.

In these schools, there are multiple examinations called weekly, monthly, quarterly, seasonally, yearly. However, it is alleged that no class is properly taught. In the name of various exams, voluntary fees are paid to the children; the burden of the books with the handicapped teachers goes to these schools.

The search revealed that the teachers of these institutes, who had made large signboards and banners in different places of the district, are members of the same family. The students of the eighth grade were admitted to these institutes for lack of teaching permission. In this case, the students of these schools have to go to the MPO for the closing examination.

There are no books of the National Curriculum and Textbook Board (NCTB) in the play-groups of these schools in the district, but children of this level are Bangla, Mathematics, English, Bengali Grammar, English Grammar, Geometry, Active English, Religion, Common Sense, Environment Introduction, Word Book, Drawing and Game with Word. They were forced to buy 14 diaries, including books. In the nursery class 12 books and 15 diaries.

Including three 12 books of the NCTB are being taught in KG. In this way, additional books are taught outside the textbook from play-group to tenth grade. The authorities forced students to buy these low quality books for extra profit.
One the founder of the kindergarten school, who did not want to publish his name, said he had opened a school without getting a job after passing his degree. His friends are teachers in the school. These teachers are paid a monthly salary of Tk 1,000 to 1,500. About the extra books, he said, children are happy to see more books.

That's why they teach children to play with more and more books. The parents complain, not only the fee for the exam, but also the rules for the payment of these schools. In addition, they have to calculate a large number of money annually by showing various sectors including annual admission fees. Although the authorities take so much money, children do not get proper education in class. Teachers are not able to take classes properly but are busy in tuition.

Thus, month after month, parents have to count money. Khadija Akhter, a guardian waiting at a school in the district, said the child was kept in captivity all day at the house. Same situation at school. In the extra textbook context, guardian Kabir Rahman Manna said that most of the day and night is spent in preparing the children's education. Due to a lot of pressure, students do not want to go to school.

District Education Officer (Acting) Md. Zulfiqar Hossain said, there are about 40 unauthorized kindergarten schools and colleges in the district. Students and parents are being warned in December every year about admission to these unauthorized establishments. Many of these institutions already bankruptcies.

District Primary Education Officer Subrata Banik said, "We will take action if we get a complaint." Additional Deputy Commissioner (Education and ICT) Md Habibur Rahman said that students cannot be admitted to any school or college without approval by the Board of Education. If an unauthorized organization is found after investigation, action will be taken against them.
