Universal College Bangladesh (UCB), an institution under the STS Group, is hosting the 'UCB Admission Day' in Chattogram today. The event, taking place at The Peninsula Chittagong from 10 am to 5 pm, is tailored for O/A level and HSC students aspiring for international education. It aims to guide students on applying for Monash University and UoL-LSE programs directly from Bangladesh, offering exclusive opportunities at UCB, as stated in a press release.

During the event, students can apply for the Monash University Foundation Year and Monash University Degree Pathway Program with on-the-spot offer letters. After completing the first year of these programs at UCB, students have the option to seamlessly progress to Monash University Malaysia or Australia for the remaining academic years (subject to meeting specific educational criteria).

UCB Admission Day 2024 will also provide insights into the University of London (UoL)'s Economics, Management, Finance, and the Social Sciences (EMFSS) program, directed by the London School of Economics (LSE). This program offers flexible undergraduate courses in Economics, Business and Management, Accounting and Finance, and Finance.

In collaboration with the UoL, UCB has made it feasible for students to earn an international degree in Bangladesh without the need to travel abroad. Prospective students interested in the UoL-LSE Programme are advised to monitor the admission portal from the last week of February, according to the release.

Manas Singh, CEO of STS Group, and Hew Gill, President and Provost of UCB, will extend a warm welcome to parents and students attending UCB Admission Day. Students participating in the event can register online [https://forms.office.com/r/iVNkP8CscA] and avail themselves of special benefits, including academic assessment, one-on-one counseling sessions, and scholarship assessment opportunities. Successful admissions on UCB Admission Day can secure students up to a 40% scholarship.
