As the recognition of special contribution in the field of assigning duties with utmost honesty, efficiency and discipline, two policemen under Rajshahi Metropolitan Police (RMP) were honoured with the National Sanctity (Virtuousness) Award 2021-2022.
The award-winning policemen are the Police Inspector of RMP Victim Support Centre Mohtarema Ashrafi Khanam and RMP Media personality Sergeant Md. Rashelur Rahman.
Biplob Bijoy Talukder, Commissioner of RMP handed over the certificate and the crest infavour of Inspector General of Police to Sergeant Md. Rashelur Rahman as recognition of the practice of sanctity at the Monthly Welfare Meeting held at the Conference Room of Rajshahi Metropolitan Police Lines on Sunday ( 8 Oct) morning.
Earlier, Police Inspector Mohtarema Ashrafi Khanam received the National Sanctity Award (2021-2022) from the Inspector General of Police, Bangladesh, Chowdhury Abdullah Al Mamun at the Hall of Integrity of the Police Headquarters on September 13.
RMP Commissioner congratulated and welcomed the sanctity prize winners and hoped they would continue their professional duties with honesty, sincerity and efficiency in the future.
The sanctity award contains the basic one month's salary, certificate and the crest.
