A truck helper was killed as the truck he was driving overturned at Kalishankorpur village under Mohammadpur upazila in Magura on Monday. The deceased was identified as Swadhin Ali, 30, son of Abdur Sabur of Vitasair village of the area.
Rabiul Islam, officer-in-charge of Mohammadpur police station, said that the truck overturned in the morning when Swadhin was going to Magura district town driving the vehicle after unloading sand at Shankarpurpur village, leaving him dead on the spot.
