Education officials across the country are asked to apply to enter into a training porgramme on the new curriculum. Education department is gearing up for a significant training initiative aimed at familiarizing them with the new curriculum.
As part of the Secondary Education Development Program (SEDP), regional directors, deputy directors, district education officers, and other key personnel will undergo comprehensive training sessions on curriculum dissemination, monitoring, and mentoring.
The dissemination of the new curriculum scheme is already in progress, with official communications dispatched to respective offices. Education authorities have rolled out a structured process, requiring officials to furnish personal and occupational details via a provided form.
In a recent announcement published on Tuesday by the Department of Secondary and Higher Education, it reveals that letters have been dispatched to regional directors soliciting crucial information from education officials. Signed by Scheme Director Professor Syed Mahfuz Ali, these letters specify requirements such as the officer's name, designation, PDS ID, contact details, and banking information.
Regional directors have been tasked with compiling this data into an Excel spreadsheet and submitting it to the designated email address (dnc.ad1@dshe.gov.bd) by February 18. This training initiative underscores the commitment of education authorities to ensure a seamless transition to the new curriculum, equipping officials with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively implement educational reforms.
