Traffic control activities have started in Chattogram with the cooperation of Bangladesh Red Crescent Society’s Chattogram unit and under the supervision of the district unit of Youth Red Crescent.
The teams of volunteers on Wednesday helped controlling traffics on roads and highways in different upazilas, including Karnaphuli, Chandanish and Satkania, said a press release.
Krishna Das, Chattogram unit head of Youth Red Crescent, said the volunteers of the Youth Red Crescent had always been working in the service of people, and now, in the crisis moment of the country, the volunteers were coming forward.
