Before joining CARE Bangladesh, he served Plan International, OXFAM, Save the Children, World Vision, UNAIDS, FHI, and JHU-CCPBCCP in different leading senior management positions.
As a Bangladeshi, Tony Michael has received the Chanakya Award twice for his outstanding contribution to public relations and development communications.
He has an impressive track record as an actor, lyricist, musician, director, and cinematographer, having worked on over 200 documentaries for the development sector.
Tony Michael Gomes is one of Bangladesh's first postgraduates in Media Communication and holds a Diploma in Philanthropy and Global Fundraising from New York University.
