Following the T20 World Cup, cricketers have been occupied with franchise leagues. However, Shakib Al Hasan and Mushfiqur Rahim are set to make their return to international cricket in the forthcoming series against Pakistan. In preparation for this series, the Test team has commenced a training camp in Chittagong.
The HP and Tigers cricketers will engage in two Test matches with potential squad members for the Pakistan series. The first match is scheduled to begin on Thursday.
The initial Test match will span two days, followed by a two-day rest period. The second Test will then take place over three days, starting from 29th July.
Bangladesh is set to depart for Pakistan in the second week of next month to play a two-match Test series.
The first Test is slated for 21st to 24th August, with the second Test scheduled from 30th August to 3rd September.
