A Noakhali court has granted three-day remand for 3 accused in the murder of a woman named Nur Jahan Begum by severing the body into five parts in Noakhali's Subarnachar upazila.
Senior Judicial Magistrate SM Mosle Uddin passed the order after a hearing on Sunday afternoon.
Earlier in the morning, the accused were handed over to the court asking 5 days remand for each by District DB Police Inspector and the investigating officer of the case Md. Zakir Hossain.
The accused were identified as Md. Ismail, son of the late Momin Ulya of Jahajmara village, Md. Hamid and Kamal alias Mamun, sons of Marfat Ullah of the same are. The remand of each of them is scheduled to start from today, October 26.
