The Westin Dhaka is hosting 'Taste of Korea and Japan' food festival at the hotel's signature restaurant Seasonal Tastes from November 18-27.
A press conference was held prior to the inauguration ceremony on Monday where Daniel Muhor, general manager, The Westin Dhaka, Alamgir Morshed, managing director and country head of Global Banking, Standard Chartered Bank Bangladesh, Farzana Hossain, head of Marketing, Shanta Holdings, George Robertson, general manager, Singapore Airlines Bangladesh and R K Banerjee, key account manager, Transcom Beverages Ltd were present.
The fest features a dinner buffet consisting popular delectable Korean and Japanese delicacies prepared by Guest Chefs Ryan Hong from Arcadia Phuket Resort and Kazuro Takanashi from Kiroro Hotels in Japan. The items include Bulgogi, Bibimbap, Jap Chae, Kimchi, Dumplings, Yakitori, Udon, Sushi, Sashimi, Teriyaki and many other delicious dishes.
The buffet dinner is priced at BDT 6000 net per person. Standard Chartered credit and debit cardholders can avail 30 per cent discount on the buffet price throughout the festival.
