'Dhaka Attack' fame director Dipankar Dipon, directed a new movie about the adventures of Sundarbans’s RAB titled 'Operation Sundarbans'. Through this movie people of our country will be able to know how Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) is freeing the Sundarbans from bandits.
On Tuesday evening, teaser of the movie and website launched at the Army Golf Club Garden in the capital. IGP Dr Benazir Ahmed was the chief guest and special guest Chowdhury Abdullah Al-Mamun along with the Rapid Action Battalion were present at the programme. Benazir Ahmed said almost 3-4 crore were spent making this film. The film was first rumoured to be released on Eid-ul-Adha in 2020. But due to the pandemic situation it got stuck in between. Therefore, the production company has to release the film by this coming this Eid-ul-Adha.
Siam Ahmed, Roshan and Nusrat Faria are playing the lead roles in 'Operation Sundarbans'. Siam, Roshan will be seen playing the role of RAB officers in the movie.
Both of them has been trained specially in RAB headquarters for this reason. Nusrat Faria is playing a tiger researcher.
Regarding the film Dipankar Dipon said, 'Operation Sundarbans movie has shown all the adventurous adventures of Sundarbans as well as the natural beauty of the place. World’s largest mangrove area in the delta formed by the confluence of the Ganges, Brahmaputra and Meghna Rivers in the Bay of Bengal.
For which common people were scared of. Now that the Sundarbans is free of bandits, the adventure of Operation Sundarbans has been nurtured by taking advantage of this adventurous expedition. ‘Operation Sundarbans’ is being produced by RAB Welfare Trust. Nazmi Ud Daula will also act in this film.
