The 18th Meeting of the Board of Directors of Takaful Islami Securities Limited (a Subsidiary of Takaful Islami Insurance Ltd.) was held on July 11 at Dhanmondi, Dhaka.
The Chairman of the Board of Directors Md. Humayun Kabir Patwari presided over the meeting. Mrs. Tahmina Afroz, Honorable Chairman of Takaful Islami Insurance Limited and Samiul Haque, Managing Director of Takaful Islami Securities Limited, along with other members of the Board of Directors were present in the meeting.
The Board discussed various important matters related to the company’s operations, financial performance, strategic goals and upcoming projects.
