The 141st meeting of the Board of Directors of Takaful Islami Insurance Limited was held on Tuesday at Dhanmondi in
the capital.
The Chairman of the Company Tahmina Afroz presided over the meeting which was attended by honorable all members of the Board including the Chief Executive Officer Abul Kalam Azad. Besides, Mohammad Selim, Addl. Managing Director, Mohammad Mamunul Islam, CFO and Mohammad Shaheen Miah, Company Secretary were also present.
The Board of Directors approved the 3rd Quarter Financial Statement (Un-audited) for the year 2024.
