A customer of e-commerce platform Evaly has filed a case over fraud against nine persons including celebrities Tahsan Khan, Rafiath Rashid Mithila, Sabnam Faria.
Tahsan Khan was the Chief Goodwill Officer of Evaly, and Rafiath Rashid Mithila was the face of the company's lifestyle products. Sabnam Faria was the Head of PR, Media, and Communication at Evaly. DMP's Deputy Commissioner (DC) Sajjadur Rahman said they would be arrested at any time in the case.
The case was filed at Dhaka's Dhanmondi Police Station on December 4, according to police. He made the remarks in response to a question from reporters at his office on Friday December 10.
Sajjadur Rahman said that e-commerce company Evaly has already put thousands of customers on the road by showing glamorous advertisements and greed for more profit. One person has filed a case on such allegations. Popular celebrities were connected from the beginning of the fraud of the organisation.
Many have complained that they have fallen into the trap of false promises made by these popular stars. This time a victim named Saad Sam Rahman has also filed a case against them. Popular star Tahsan, actress Mithila and Sabnam Faria will be arrested at any time in the Evaly fraud case. They are under our surveillance.
In the statement of case, Saad Sam Rahman alleged that he had ordered a motorcycle from Evali for three lakh 16 thousand rupees. However, he was not given the goods delivered and the money was not returned.

Evaly is currently being investigated for allegedly deceiving thousands of their consumers. Rapid Action Battalion arrested the CEO of Evaly, Mohammad Rassel, and the company's Chairman and his wife, Shamima Nasrin, in September this year, in connection with a lawsuit filed by a customer alleging fraud. Since then, they have been behind bars.
