T-Twenty inter district cricket tournament was held in Jhenaidah on Monday. Organized by district sports association (DSA) in Jhenaidah under annual sports programme, the final round was held at Bir Sheshtha Hamidur Rahman stadium.
Six upazila level sports organizations and two clubs participated in the tournament where Showkat Srity Sangha became champion defeating Rising Tiger Sporting Club in the final round. A discussion meeting was held following the event where district sports officer Mahbubur Rahman presided. District information officer (DIO) Abu Bakar Siddique attended the discussion as chief guest and distributed prizes among the winning and runner up teams. Bhutiagati Alim Madrashah principal Abu Baker Siddique and district cultural officer Jasim Uddin among others present as special guests.
