On the occasion of Autumn Durga Puja, Shahjalal University of Science and Technology (SUST) will have a total of 7 days' holiday from October 22 to October 28. But despite these holidays, the university administration has kept SUST Medical Center open from Tuesday to Thursday during the holidays.
On Thursday (October 26) evening, the university's medical administrator Professor Dr. Md. Asif Iqbal confirmed this to the Bangladesh Post.
An on-duty doctor of the medical center Mushfiqur Rahman said that generally medicine is an emergency service. Therefore, the medical administrator gave instructions to provide this service even on holidays. So we have provided this service even on holidays based on his instructions.
