Three day long ToT on BCRL- FFS from 12 to 14th May, 2024 was held Under the Building climate Resilient Livelihoods in Vulnerable Landscapes in Bangladesh (BCRL) project at the Conference Room of Agro Meteorological Information System Development Project, DAE, Khamarbari, Dhaka. Mr. Badal Chandra Biswas , DG, DAE was the chief guest where Chairperson was Dr. Mohammad Lokman Hossain Mazumder, Project Director, BCRL Project, DAE part in the closing ceremony.
DAE cadre officers (DD, DTO, ADD, UAO, AAO & AEO) under the BCRL project area of 3 Regions, 5 districts and 9 upazila were the participants of this programme. The ToT programme was inaugurated by Mr. Md. Rezaul Karim, Director (Planing) of DAE on 12 May.
Resource Persons from universities, research institutes and different organizations conducted the training lectures as designed by the project. The project is funded by Global Environment Facility (GEF) with the technical support of the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO).
