A 14 years old student Yassin Arafat of Noakhali Chatkhil Hatpukuria High School,has been jabbed COvid-19 vaccine three times. The sick child has been admitted to the Upazila Health Complex. A four-member inquiry committee has been formed to probe the incident.The incident took place at Chatkhil Upazila Health Complex on Wednesday afternoon.

Yasin went to the health complex with other students on Wednesday afternoon to get Covid-19 vaccination. Immunization workers first collected a portion of the vaccine registration card they have with them and administered the first dose of vaccine to Yasin. After taking the first dose, Yasin was standing in that room with the other students. Shortly afterwards, he was vaccinated for the second and third time without any paperwork. That caused pain and fever in his body. He was later admitted to a health complex with a swollen face. District Civil Surgeon Masum Iftekhar said, "We have heard that the student has been vaccinated twice during the first dose of Pfizer vaccination under the 12 to 18 year old immunization program." That student is being treated under supervision. A four-member investigation committee has been formed. The committee has been asked to report within the next 3 days.
