The ‘Annual Risk Conference’ of Shari`ah based Standard Bank Limited was held on Saturday 2023 at the bank’s head office, Dhaka.
Md. Habibur Rahman, Managing Director & CEO of the Bank chaired the conference where Mr. Md. Jabdul Islam, Director of Offsite Supervision Department of Bangladesh Bank was present as the chief guest in its inaugural ceremony.
Md. Siddiqur Rahman, Deputy Managing Director & Chief Risk Officer of Standard Bank gave the welcome speech.
Md. Mohon Miah, Deputy Managing Director and Head of Investment Risk Management spoke on the occasion moderated by Md. Ali Reza FCMA, CIPA, CFO of SBL. S. M. Khaled Abdullah and Md. Atiqur Rahaman, Joint Directors of Bangladesh Bank conducted important sessions on banking risk management strategies, regulations and its due implementation.
More than 400 participants including Heads of all Divisions/Units of Head Office; Heads, Deputy Heads & Investment In charges of all Branches and all officials of Risk Management Division of Standard Bank attended the conference.
