The Bangladesh Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (BCSIR) has organised a stakeholder workshop on ‘Role of Light Engineering Research in Building Smart Bangladesh’.
The event took place at an auditorium of BCSIR at Dr. Qudrat-E-Khuda Road in the capital on Monday (November 20, 2023).
BCSIR chairman Professor Dr. Md. Aftab Ali Shaikh attended the event as the chief guest, while its members Md Delwar Hossain, Sarwar Jahan and Shah Abdul Tariq were present as special guests.
In his speech, Professor Dr. Md. Aftab Ali Shaikh said that the engineers and research of PP & PDC should conduct the highest beneficial research for mass people.
More than 150 participants, including researchers and teachers, participated in the workshop.
