Vocational examinations are administered by nine General Education Boards (SSC, Dakhil Madrasa Education Board), and two Technical Education Boards (Dakhil and SSC). In the meantime, in order to conduct this exam in a setting free from allegations of cheating and question leaks, the Ministry of Education has mandated the closure of all coaching centers nationwide as of Tuesday. It has been requested that all coaching centers close from March 12 for a month.

Prompt arrival:
Candidates are required to be seated in their respective examination centers at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time for each subject.
Adherence to timings:
Examinations must be conducted strictly according to the time specified in the question paper.
Test sequence:
The exam format will begin with the multiple-choice section followed by the creative or essay test without any intervals between the two.
Admit card collection: Candidates must obtain their admit cards from their educational institutions three days prior to the commencement of the examination.
Continuous evaluation:
Marks obtained through continuous evaluation in specific subjects will be submitted by educational institutions to the respective centers as per NCTB guidelines.
Answer sheet protocol:
Candidates are reminded to correctly fill in the OMR form of their answer sheet with their examination roll number, registration number, subject code, etc., and refrain from folding the answer sheet.
Section-wise passing requirement:
Candidates must pass the creative or compositional (theoretical), multiple-choice, and practical sections separately.
Subject consistency:
Each candidate is permitted to appear only in the subjects mentioned in their registration form, and deviations from this rule are strictly prohibited.
Cross-School examination arrangements:
Candidates will not sit for examinations in their own schools or institutions; instead, seating arrangements will be organized through transfers.
Calculator usage:
General scientific calculators are permissible for use during the exam.
Mobile phone prohibition:
Except for the Secretary, no individual is allowed to bring or use mobile phones within the examination center premises.
Attendance protocol:
The same attendance will be applicable for the candidate's presence in creative/composite (theoretical), multiple-choice, and practical examinations.
Practical examination venue:
Practical tests will be conducted at the respective centers or venues.
Re-evaluation procedure:
Candidates can apply for re-evaluation online or through SMS within seven days of the publication of exam results.
