Operations at the Sonamasjid land port in Chapainawabganj resumed on Sunday after an eight-day break. Mostafizur Rahman, president of C&F Agent Association of the land port, said that operations remained suspended from June 1 to June 8 due to Shab-e-Qadr and Eid-ul-Fitr. However, immigration services were normal during the vacation.
