Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC. organized a seminar titled “Accelerance on Financial Literacy for Development of CMSME Women Entrepreneurs” at its’ Sylhet Dargah Gate Branch Premises recently.
Around 100 potential women entrepreneurs participated in the program.
The Deputy Managing Director of the Bank M. M. Saiful Islam graced the occasion as the chief guest.
He emphasized the significant role of women in economic development and GDP growth and highlighted the importance of SME investment.
He also stressed need of financial independence and entrepreneurship for women, urging them to fulfill their responsibilities with determination and dedication to contribute in GDP.
Among others the Head of the SME & Agri.
Investment Division of the Bank Md. Abdur Rahim, the Manager of the Sylhet Branch & Zonal Head Md. TufaelYakub, the Manager of the Dargah Gate Branch Md. KhurshidAlam and other officials from the branch and Corporate Head Office were also present in the program.
