A six-day book fair began on gymnasium ground of MA Aziz Stadium in Chattogram on Monday. Divisional Commissioner Mohammad Abdul Mannan inaugurated the fair as the chief guest.
It was known that a total of 64 leading publication organisations, including 21 from Chattogram, are taking part in the book fair. Over 64 stalls were set up at the fair venue.
The book fair is being held under the auspices of Chattogram district administration.
The fair will remain open for visitors from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm every day.
Apart from this, cultural function will also be held from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm every day during the fair.
