Besides acting, Aruna Biswas is also popular as a producer. Apart from acting, she is currently working as a member of Censor Borad.
In the meantime, she completed the shooting of her film 'ThikanaBottirish' on December 5. On the occasion of MujibBorssho, Aruna Biswas is making this film. She has also done dialogue and screenplay on her own.
Jayanta Chattapadhyay, Shahidul AlamSachchu, MA Salam, Mukul Siraj, Ashna Habib Bhabna along with Aruna Biswas have acted in different roles. The film tells the story of the period of liberation war and the humanitarian generosity of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.
Commenting on the making of this film, Aruna Biswas said, "Bangladesh's most respected Abu Bakar Siddiqui has inspired me to make this film. He is a soldier of Bangabandhu's ideology.
He is the one who inspired me and I was able to make this film. During the liberation war many girls have been raped and also became fatherless. Bangabandhu told them to write his name in place of their father’s name and their address was House No. 32. This issue has also come up in this film. Everyone who has acted has done a great job in their respective roles.
In the context of acting, Bhabna said, "In the beginning, I want to say that I have my utmost respect for ArunaDidi. Didi shot our film it in such an environment that it seemed as if we were in the time of 1971.
I played the character of Rafza. Aruna Didi is an extraordinary artiste. I am very satisfied working under her direction.” Aruna believes that the film will soon be aired on almost all channels in the country.
