Director Shihab Shaheen’s upcoming action-packed web series titled 'Morichika' which is expected to be a complete package of thrill, drama, and suspense has recently been released its trailer on the video streaming platform Chorki and already created a buzz and garnered intrigue from all.
The crime thriller drama will be streamed on 'Chorki' on the upcoming occasion of Eid al-Adha, produced by Redoan Rony.
The series revolves around a police investigation into the murder of an aspiring model whose body was found under a bridge. The two-minute trailer showcases an assemble of notable actors such as Mahiya Mahi, Afran Nisho, Siam Ahmed, Farhan Ahmed Jovan, Naresh Bhuiya, Nazneen Chumki, Abdullah Rana, FarzanaRikta, Shetu Azad, Chanchal Mahmud, Shimul Khan, and Tawfikul Emon.
Siam Ahmed plays the role of a police officer, while Mahiya Mahi dons the role of the glamorous aspiring model in the series. Afran Nisho plays the antagonist's role in the series.
Chorki was launched on April 8 and will officially start its journey on June 3.
The streaming platform has already announced that it would release one original film every month. Amitabh Reza's ‘Munshigiri' will also debut on Chorki.
