The Jamalpur District Jubo League celebrated the 73rd birth anniversary of martyred Captain Sheikh Kamal, the eminent sports and cultural personality, the eldest son of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and Bangamata Sheikh Fazilatunnesa Mujib.
National and party flags were hoisted at Bakultala district Awami League party office premises on Friday. Later Bangladesh Awami Jubo League, acting president of Jamalpur district branch Ershad Hossain Sohel and acting general secretary Ad. Led by Rasedul Islam KhokonThe present leaders placed wreaths on the portraits of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and Martyr Captain Sheikh Kamal and observed a minute's silence for the souls of all the martyrs.
