Dhallywood superstar Shakib Khan's has transformed in himself in a whole new way for his upcoming film titled 'Golui' which got the government-grant in the financial year 2020-21. Recently a glimpse of his transformation was seen in it, produced by Khorshed Alam Khasru and directed by SA Haque Alik. Young actress Puja Cherry Roy is going to play opposite Shakib as his heroine in the film.
Shakib is playing the role of a young man from the village name Lalu. For this character, he has made huge changes in his fitness and outfit. In a video footage he was seen wearing a fatwa, lungi and a towel around his neck, clean shaved face with short hair. There is a lot of difference between this Shakib and the stylish Shakib we have seen earlier. Such a change for this character has spread a rash of joy in the minds of his fans. Discussions and praise are going on in the Facebook based groups.
The film titled 'Golui' is being shot in Jamalpur. Shakib has taken part in the shooting along with Puja since September 28.
The director of the film Alik is also fascinated by Shakib's transformation. Regarding the context he said, 'In this movie Shakib is playing the role of simple young man from the village name Lalu. The way he transformed himself for this character, I’m fascinated to be able to work with him. I like the fact that he became Lalu from Shakib Khan.'
Meanwhile, thousands of locals have gathered there after getting the news that superstar Shakib Khan is shooting.
