An unidentified sexagenarian man was found dead by the side of Jibannagar-Kaliganj road of Jibannagar in Chuadanga on early Sunday.
The identity of the deceased could not be known immediately.
The man was taken to Jibannagar Upazila Health Complex at around 2:30am on Sunday where the on duty doctor declared him dead.
Jibannagar Thana police published a photo of the man on social media, facebook, to get his identity.
Jibannagar Police Station Officer-in-Charge SM Jabid Hasan said the body of the old person was sent to Chuadanga morgue for autopsy to know the reason behind his death. Moreover, his photo was shared on facebook and with other police stations to get his identity.
