Security has been beefed up in front of the Baitul Mukarram National Mosque ahead of Jumma prayers.
Members of Police were seen at the north and south gates of the mosque. The bags carried by the Muslim devotees were being checked and entered.

Khilgaon Zone Assistant Commissioner (Petrol) Kazi Wazed said that there is no specific programme on Friday. We are on alert. There was a problem last Friday. Also, there is a possibility of protests against India for taunting Prophet (PBUH). We are on alert to avoid any untoward situation.
