Science fair held at Milestone College

A three-day long science fair was held at Milestone College. The fair has organized by Milestone College science club (MCSC).

On 18 June, the fair was inaugurated by additional Deputy Police Commissioner (DMP –Uttara zone) Md Kamruzzaman Sardar.

Students of class Nine, Ten and Twelve (Bangla and English version) participated in the fair and they displayed 110 projects of their own inventions. The science fair was held at Milestone College’s permanent campus, Diabari and was open from 8:30am to 3:30pm and it was open to everyone.

Milestone College’s Principal Professor Md Sahidul Islam, Principal of the administrative campus Colonel M Kamaluddin Bhuiyan (retd) and Director Md Masud Alam were present as guests at the inauguration ceremony.

The events were held in a festive mood and all science club members who participated in the science fair, students, heads of all faculties, teachers, college officials and employees were present in the ceremony. After the citation ceremony, guests visited the science fair and talked to the young scientists. During this time the students talked to the guests about their science projects and answered different questions.
