Rural sports and athletics competition held at Jalalpur high school ground in Kotchandpur upazila of Jhenaidah on Saturday.
District spots office in Jhenaidah organized the event under their annual spots competition.
The organizers said about 200 participants of different schools and madrasas participated in the competition.
Later a discussion meeting was held following the competition.
Presided over by district spots officer Mahbaubur Rahman, upazila nirbahi officer (UNO) Delwar Hossain attended as chief guest. Deputy Director of the department of narcotics control Golak Majumder, district information officer Abu Bakkar Siddique, Kushna union parishad (UO) chairman Shaharuzzaan and Jalalpur high school headmaster Akter Jahana attended as special guests. The guests districcbted among the winners.
