Popular musician and composer of the subcontinent Runa Laila’s birthday is on November 17. On the occasion of this year’s birthday, four songs composed by Runa Laila are going to be released from the country’s top production company Dhruba Music Station, said Dhruba Guha, the head of Dhrub Music Station.
In 2019, Runa Laila gave voice to one of her five songs that she tuned herself. The song is ‘Ferate Parini’. The song is written by Kabir Bakul to the tune of Runa Laila. The music was arranged by Raja Kashef.
At the same time, Ankhi Alamgir, Zinia Zafrin Luipa, Tani Laila and Haimanti Rakshit sang four more songs to the tune of Runa Laila. The songs are Ankhi Alamgir’s ‘Kothay Rekhecho Amay’, Luipa’s ‘Ei Dekha Shesh Dekha’, Tani Laila’s ‘Ami Keno Tomari Hoyegechi Por’ and Haimanti Rakshit’s ‘Akashe Megh Jomeche A Moner Megh Dekhoni’.
At the beginning of last year, four artists sang the songs. Later, on November 17 last year, on Runa Layla’s birthday, ‘Ferate Paroni’ in Runa Layla’s voice was released. The songs of Runa Laila, Ankhi Alamgir, Haimanti Rakshit are written by Kabir Bakul and the songs of Tani Laila and Luipa are written by Gazi Mazharul Anwar.
Runa Laila said, “I would like to thank Dhruba Guha for taking the initiative to release the songs on my birthday from the beginning. As well as thanks to Ankhi, Tani, Luipa and Haimanti for taking the time to sit with me before they sang that’s why everyone has given their in a way that suits the songs nicely. I have enough hope for the songs. Thanks to Raja Kashef for arranging the songs with so much effort. Raja is truly a talented music director.”
