Roads and Highways Department (RHD) demolished a number of illegal structures during its two-day eviction drive in Munshiganj.
The drive began on Sunday led Joint Secretary of RHD Mahbubur Rahman Faruqi. All the illegal establishments from Munshiganj Old Bus Stand to Mukhtarpur Ferry Ghat, Ferry Ghat to Hatimara, Rikabibazar to Dighirpar roads were demolished on Sunday.
Munshiganj Road and Highways Department sources said they are forming committee to evict the illegal establishments from Munshiganj.
