A research review seminar was held at the Jatiya Kabi Kazi Nazrul University in Mymensingh on Tuesday.
Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Soumitra Sekhar congratulated the researchers for organising the progress seminar programme of the research projects, reads a press release.
Prof Sekhar said, the more such academic sessions are organised, the more the university will move forward. And keeping that in mind, the university administration is especially encouraging research activities.
According to the press release, the Vice-Chancellor instructed the researchers to work on the principle that abstracts of researchers' research projects should be stored and made available to all through publication on the website.
Treasurer Prof Ataur Rahman was present as special guest and Registrar Dr Humayun Kabir gave welcome address. Rashedul Anam, Additional Director of Institute of Nazrul Studies, conducted the programme.
Teachers, students, researchers and others from different departments were present at the time.
