Presidium Member of Awami League and Mayor of Rajshahi City Corporation AHM Khairuzzaman Liton visited the injured Police member (CTSB) Saiful Islam at Rajshahi Medical College Hospital (RMCH) on Saturday afternoon.
Saiful Islam was injured in the attack of the anti-quota movement protester recently. The mayor enquired about the present condition of Saiful and hoped his early recovery.
During the visit, Mayor Liton was accompanied by Md Naoshad Ali, Principal of the RMC, Organising Secretary of Rajshahi City Awami League Ad Aslam Sarker, Information and Research Affairs Secretary Zia Hasan Azad, Rajshahi Special Police Super (CTSB) Muhammad Abdur Rakib, RCC Ward Councillors Touhidul Haque Sumon, Kamruzzaman, Jane Alam Jony, and President and the General Secretary of RMC Chhatra League Dr Shuvo Kumar Mondal and Dr Nahid Hasan respectively.
