The Rangpur Division on Saturday recorded 5.26 percent Covid-19 positivity rate as four fresh cases were diagnosed after testing 76 persons in different districts of the region.
Health officials said the Covid-19 pandemic situation has been improving as the number of positive cases is decreasing amid increasing of recovery rate of infected patients during the last three weeks.
Earlier, the daily Covid-19 positivity rates were 0.65 percent on Friday, 2.06 percent on Thursday, 3.31 percent on Wednesday, 4.76 percent on Tuesday, 4.93 percent on Monday and 2.56 percent on Sunday last in the division.
