Bangladesh Public Service Commission (PSC) will take action against those people who are connected with different coaching centre while serving as examiner in this constitutional body.
These examiners may not be given exam papers in future, PSC warns.
It is learned that examiners were not engaged with coaching centres like this before. However, some coaching centres are using these examiners as the BCS exams hyped up among the people. By engaging these examiners, these centers are increasing their brand value.
Sources said, some BCS examiners are connected with a few coaching centres. Some of the name have been submitted to PSC. These examiners have been taking classes in coaching centers. Even they also conduct mock viva-voce alike the actual test of different government competitive exams in the coaching centres. These teachers are responsible for making question papers and answer sheet.
Wishing to be anonymity, an official of the exam section of PSC said, we are looking into the allegation.
An examiner cannot work for other BCS centered coaching while serving to PSC. Privacy can be threatened like this way. As PSC is a constitutional organization, they are not allowed to do that.
When asked about the punishment that might be taken against these examiners, the official said, we are investigating the claim. The may verbally be warned. In future we will be careful so that they do not get further task.
