Prof M Abdus Salam has joined as the Registrar of Rajshahi University on Thursday afternoon. Prior to joining the present post, he had been working as the Controller of Examinations on contractual basis from 2019.
Prof M. Abdus Salam also worked as the Registrar of Rajshahi University from 2000 to 2007.
Prof Salam stood first class first in M.Sc. from the Department of Physics from Rajshahi University in 1969.
In another order, the authorities of RU have appointed Alamgir Hossain Sarker, Deputy Registrar of the Controller of Exmainations Section, as the Controller of Exmainations (In-charge) of Rajshahi University.
He has also joined of Thursday afternoon.
