The authorities of Islamic University in Kushtia formed a three member probe body over cheque scam of its officer of the university to investigate the forgery, a press release confirmed.
IU acting registrar SM Abdul Latif issued a press release in this regard on Sunday whereas Monirul Islam, deputy registrar of press office of the university has been accused.
Prof Dr M Kazi Akhtar Hossain of Accounting and Information Systems department made as the head of the body. The body was asked to submit its report within 10 working days.
