Police in a raid at Modonpur area under Bandar police station on Thursday night arrested a vendor with ten thousand Yaba pills from his possession.
The arrested was identified as Lutfor Rahman Bullet, 34, Son of Bhulu Mia of Tangail district also is a driver of a passenger bus.
Additional superintendent of police Sheikh Billal Hossain led the operation, searched a passenger bus (Dhaka Metro Ba-15-9234) on Dhaka-Chattagram highway at Modonpur area and held the bus driver with ten thousand yaba pills.
A criminal case under narcotics control act was filed with Bandar police station in this regard.
