Rangpur Senior District and Sessions Judge Md. Shahenur said, "It is the responsibility of all to ensure that the people of Rangpur can sleep at night and lead a normal life during the day”.
He said that in order to ensure that no offender goes unpunished and no innocent person is punished in any way, he advised the officers in charge to properly investigate and produce a charge-sheet quickly.
He made these remarks while speaking as the chief guest at a police-magisterial conference organized by Rangpur Judicial Magistrate's Office in the conference room of the Chief Judicial Magistrate's Court on Saturday morning.
Rangpur Chief Judicial Magistrate Md. Shawkat Ali presided over the Police-Magistracy Conferenc while Judge Md. Roknuzzaman of Rangpur Women and Child Abuse Suppression Tribunal-2 and Judge Mustafa Pabel Raihan of Rangpur Women and Child Abuse Suppression Tribunal-3 were present as special guests.
