On the occasion of the upcoming Durga Puja, district police organised an exchange meeting with the leaders of the Puja Udjapan Parishad under all the police stations in Noakhali district at 11 a.m. on Sunday at the Police Lines Hall.
Meanwhile, Noakhali Superintendent of Police Md. Alamgir Hossain sought the cooperation of all present for the safe and uninterrupted completion of the upcoming Durga Puja by keeping the communal harmony intact by reducing the public gatherings amid this corona epidemic. District Ansar and VDP Commandant Nurul Afsar Chowdhury, district level police officers, district puja celebration committee general secretary Shri Kishore Chandra Shil, vice-president Shri Tapan Chandra Majumder and all Upazila Puja Udjapan Parishad Presidents and General Secretaries were present at the time.
